An rare opportunity has arisen for a passionate Sous Chef to join the brand new Level 1 Restaurant at St Mary's Stadium – home of Southampton FC.

As Sous Chef, you'll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver an exceptional food offering in a fast-paced, 7-day operation. You'll take a hands on role in leading the kitchen, supporting with menu development, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining the highest culinary standards.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the Head Chef in the day to day running of all kitchen operations.
• Leading, motivating, and developing the kitchen team, especially in the Head Chef's absence.
• Overseeing prep, service, and kitchen workflow to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
• Managing ordering, stock control, and waste to maintain cost and GP targets.
• Ensuring full compliance with food safety, hygiene regulations, and H&S policies.
