About the role
Our client is a fast-growing and highly successful holiday let management business operating across Worcester and the surrounding areas. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an organised, proactive and hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of their expanding property portfolio.

The Role
The successful candidate will oversee the housekeeping operations across a portfolio of high-quality holiday let apartments and properties, ensuring all accommodation is guest-ready and maintained to an exceptional standard.
The role will involve managing cleaners, coordinating linen and stock operations, carrying out apartment audits and supporting the smooth running of the housekeeping function.
Flexibility is essential, including the ability to work some weekends when required.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and coordinating cleaner rotas and schedules
* Training, onboarding and supporting new cleaners
* Conducting quality control checks and auditing apartments prior to guest check-ins
* Managing stock control for cleaning products, consumables and apartment supplies
* Ordering and coordinating linen stock and deliveries
* Ensuring apartments consistently meet company standards
* Supporting operational efficiency across multiple properties
* Liaising with management regarding housekeeping performance and property readiness
* Responding quickly and effectively to operational issues when required
Candidate Requirements
* Previous housekeeping supervisory or management experience preferred
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
* High attention to detail with a proactive approach
* Flexible and reliable approach to working hours
* Ability to work some weekends when required
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
Package
* £25,000 – £27,000 basic salary
* Full-time position with reduced hours considered
* Travel expenses covered
* Mobile phone expenses covered
