As a Valuer, you are responsible for generating business, winning instructions, managing viewings, negotiating offers, and delivering an outstanding client experience. This role is performance-driven, client-facing, and heavily focused on conversion, negotiation, and relationship building. Convert inbound and outbound leads into property listings Create engaging social media content, including video and short-form reels Maintain consistent communication with your client database Conduct professional, accurate property valuations Continuously refine and improve your pitch and performance Conduct property viewings with professionalism and confidence 1-2 years’ Estate Agency experience Genuine passion for all things ‘Property & People’
