CSCS Shuttering Carpenters – Lambeth, London – £25.50 per Hour Location: Lambeth, London – SE1 7UP Rate: £25.50 per hour Duration: Long-term work Job Type: Full-time, Temporary Positions Available: 2 Payment: CIS or PAYE Umbrella options available, subject to eligibility Job Description Lonsite are looking for 2 experienced Shuttering Carpenters for a long-term construction project in Lambeth, South London.

Applicants must live locally within the London Borough of Lambeth , as this position is part of a local employment initiative.

Duties Carrying out all aspects of formwork and shuttering carpentry.

Constructing and installing shutters and formwork for concrete structures.

Working from technical drawings and specifications.

Installing formwork for walls, columns, slabs and foundations.

Striking and dismantling formwork safely when required.

Working on reinforced concrete (RC) frame structures.

Coordinating with site management and other trades.

Following all site health and safety procedures.

Requirements Valid Blue CSCS Skilled Worker card for Formwork / Shuttering Carpentry.

Relevant NVQ Level 2 qualification in Formwork / Shuttering Carpentry.

Previous experience working as a Shuttering Carpenter.

Previous civils and RC frame construction experience.

Ability to confidently read and work from technical drawings.

Own hand tools.

Two recent working references.

Full PPE.

Must be a local Lambeth resident.
