Join Computacenter’s global team and play a key role in ensuring accurate, reliable asset data across our Device Lifecycle Management services.You’ll work in a collaborative international environment, analysing data across platforms including ServiceNow and SAP. You’ll identify data issues, uncover root causes and drive improvements that support operational efficiency, financial transparency and compliance.Working closely with operations, finance, technology and customers, your insight will help ensure asset data can be trusted throughout its lifecycle.What you’ll doLead the onboarding of new customer accounts, ensuring high-quality asset data from day oneAnalyse and reconcile data across ServiceNow, SAP, warehouse systems, partner platforms and customer CMDBsInvestigate and resolve data discrepancies, exceptions and lifecycle issuesMaintain accurate asset records, including ownership, location, status and financial informationValidate key asset attributes such as serial numbers across lifecycle touchpointsSupport billing, forecasting and financial reconciliation activitiesEnsure end-to-end asset lifecycle data integrity from onboarding to end-of-lifeSupport compliance, audit and reporting requirementsProvide day-to-day support for asset and data queriesBuild strong relationships with customers and cross-functional stakeholdersIdentify opportunities for automation and continuous improvementWhat you’ll needExperience working with asset, configuration or service data in an enterprise or managed services environmentStrong data analysis, reconciliation and root-cause analysis skillsHands-on ServiceNow experience, ideally CMDB or Asset ManagementExposure to SAP or similar ERP platformsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence presenting insights in PowerPointStrong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused approachExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work effectively in a global, collaborative environmentStrong organisation and time management skillsInterest in AI, automation and continuous improvementExcellent written and spoken English (minimum CEFR B2)Flexibility and willingness to travel globallyIf you’re passionate about data quality and want to make a visible impact on customer outcomes and service delivery, we’d love to hear from you.About usComputacenter is a leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services, with about 21,000 employees worldwide.
