Registered Manager – Children's Residential EBD Homes Burton upon Trent £60,000 Basic Salary + £10,000 Performance Bonus QS Recruitment are recruiting for a Registered Manager to oversee two neighbouring, solo-placement Ofsted registered EBD children's homes in Burton upon Trent. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to join a provider with a strong reputation for therapeutic, trauma-informed care, with all existing homes rated Good or Outstanding by Ofsted. The homes operate as solo-placement services, allowing the Registered Manager to focus on delivering high-quality care and positive outcomes for young people with emotional and behavioural needs. The Role As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for: * Leading and developing the staff team * Ensuring Ofsted compliance and safeguarding standards * Managing care plans, risk assessments and outcomes * Supporting children with EBD needs * Working closely with the Deputy Manager, Responsible Individual and clinical team * Driving continuous improvement across both homes What We're Looking For * Experience as a Registered Manager within children's residential care * Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare * Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding * Experience supporting children with EBD needs * Excellent leadership and people management skills Why Join? * £60,000 salary + £10,000 bonus * Burton upon Trent location * Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm * Shared on-call with Deputy Manager * In-house Forensic Psychologist * PACE Therapeutic Model * Monthly Clinical Consultations * Fully staffed homes with established teams * Ongoing development and progression opportunities If you're a Registered Manager looking for a new challenge in Burton upon Trent and want to join a provider that genuinely invests in its staff and young people, apply today for a confidential discussion
