Workingwithanexistingclientbaseofaround2,000accounts,youllleadthesalesstrategy,supportaccountmanagersinidentifyingopportunities,andmanageearlyclientengagementsfromdiscoverythroughtoonboarding.

This is a hands on role suited to someone who enjoys building new fuctions, shaping processes, and working closely with both sales and technical teams.

KeyResponsibilities DevelopanddrivetheMSPsalesstrategy Identifyandqualifyopportunitieswithintheexistingclientbase Trainandsupportaccountmanagerstosellmanagedservices Leadclientdiscoverysessionsandcreatetailoredproposals Buildpricingmodels,salescollateral,andonboardingprocesses Workwithtechnicalteamstoensuresolutionsaredeliverable ManagetheonboardingofnewMSPcustomers Experience&SkillsRequired ProvenexperienceinaManagedServiceProviderormanagedITServicesbusiness Strongunderstandingofrecurringrevenueandmanagedservicemodels ExperiencewithtechnologiessuchasMicrosoft365,RMM,PSA,SOC/MDR,orendpointmanagement Abilitytotranslatetechnicalservicesintocommercialsolutions Experiencetrainingorenablingsalesteams Strongclientrelationshipandconsultativesellingskills Technicalpre-sales,solutiondesign,onboardingor project management experience is ideal, but not essential.

Thesuccessfulcandidatecanexpectasalaryofupto£90,000,withOTEof£150kplusbenefits,andthechancetobepartofanexcitingphaseofgrowthwithanestablishedbusiness.
