Connect Appointments is recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for ongoing temporary work with an established logistics business based in Manchester - with immediate starts available. Our client offers a mix of trunking and multidrop work across the North West, with consistent Monday to Friday shifts and competitive rates that increase at weekends. What's on offer? Ongoing temporary position Monday to Friday, averaging 8 to 12 hours per shift Paid weekly at the following rates: Monday to Friday days: £16 per hour Monday to Friday nights: £17 per hour Saturday: £18 to £19 per hour Sunday and bank holidays: £19 to £20 per hourAs an HGV Class 1 Driver, your duties will include: Completing trunking runs depot to depot across the North West Carrying out multidrop local deliveries and collections Completing all paperwork and delivery documentation accurately Adhering to driving hours regulations and road safety requirementsTo be considered as an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will need: A valid Class 1 (C+E) licence with a minimum of 1 year's driving experience Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph cards No more than 6 points on your licence, with no DR, DD, DG, CD, IN or TT endorsement codesInterested in this HGV Class 1 Driver role?
