You'll be trusted with responsibility from day one, encouraged to develop your own client relationships and given a clear pathway for career progression.The OpportunityAs part of a growing professional indemnity team, you'll:Manage a varied caseload of complex professional indemnity claims from instruction through to resolutionAdvise insurer and professional clients on liability, indemnity, policy coverage and litigation strategyRepresent clients in court proceedings, mediations, adjudications and other forms of dispute resolutionDraft high-quality pleadings, reports and legal advice on technically challenging mattersWork closely with Partners on significant, high-value disputes while enjoying the autonomy to run your own filesSupport and mentor Junior Lawyers as the team continues to expandPlay an active role in business development and strengthening long-term client relationshipsAbout YouYou'll ideally have:5+ years' PQE gained in professional indemnity, commercial litigation or a comparable disputes practiceExcellent technical ability and strong commercial awarenessConfidence managing your own caseload and building trusted client relationshipsStrong advocacy, drafting and negotiation skillsA collaborative approach and the ambition to continue developing your career within a growing teamWhy Make the Move?This is more than just another professional indemnity role.
