Supervisor

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring safety standards, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Duties * Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the site team to ensure efficient workflow. * Monitor health and safety compliance, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments. * Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure service delivery meets expectations. * Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics to optimise productivity. * Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to promote professional development. * Maintain accurate records of work performed, incidents, and operational reports. * Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer service. * Ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained in good working order. Skills * Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a similar environment. * Strong driving skills with a valid driving licence preferred. * Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. * Exceptional organisational abilities with attention to detail. * Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle client interactions diplomatically. * Effective leadership skills with the capacity to motivate and manage teams efficiently. * Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced setting whilst maintaining safety standards.
