SALARY: £36k - £42k VAN,fuel card, overtime

CANDIDATE INFORMATION -Multi-trader

Good customer services skills, well presented and articulate
You will have experience of working on property maintenance contracts previously and be competent on a wide range of carpentry including fi, assembling shelves/units, skirting boards, architraves, minor plumbing, painting and decorating etc
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar multi-trader position and be willing to take on additional tasks when necessary
You will have attention to detail and take pride in your work JOB INFORMATION -Multi-trader

As a multi-trader based from home you will be working on a mobile basis. You would be responsible for carrying out general maintenance, minor plumbing, carpentry such as skirtings, doors and architraves, painting and decorating etc
General building maintenance expereince is essential, with good finishing and attention to detail
Covering London you would be responsible for ensuring all works are carried out in a professional and timely manner with relevant associated reportsCOMPANY INFORMATION - Multi-trader
