Safety, Health, Environment and Quality AdvisorSalary: 52,000 Plus Benefits Location: DartfordAre you experienced in health, safety, environmental, and quality assurance within the waste management industry?Do you have a passion for supporting sustainable practices and ensuring compliance across waste projects?Irwin and Colton are seeking a dedicated Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Advisor to support waste management and disposal operations in Dartford. This is a vital role for promoting safety and environmental excellence in a sector focused on waste processing and recycling.Key Responsibilities:Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and environmental assessments aligned with waste management protocols.Support incident investigations related to waste operations and implement corrective actions.Promote health and safety awareness specific to waste processing facilities through toolbox talks and training.Assist in developing and maintaining SHEQ documentation, procedures, and compliance records for waste projects.Ensure waste management activities adhere to environmental legislation and best practices.Ideal Candidate:NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent, ideally with knowledge of waste industry standards.Experience in waste management, recycling, or related environmental sectors.Strong communication skills with the ability to influence compliance culture.This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation committed to safety and operational excellence.
