Optical/Photonics Technical Sales Engineer

Heriot-Watt University Malaysia is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer specializing in laser manufacturing to join their photonics research team. This role will transition into a university spin-out company, Freeform Photonics, in July 2027, contributing to cutting-edge optical technology development.

Your responsibilities will include experimental engineering, customer engagement, and participation in international trade shows. A PhD or MSc in Optics is preferred, along with strong communication skills and a keen interest in sales.
