Senior Manager, Global Partner Tax Programs

McKinsey & Company is seeking a seasoned tax professional to join the Partner Tax Group in London. The role focuses on designing and delivering tax-efficient award structures for the firm’s global Partner population while ensuring strict alignment with tax risk standards.

You will collaborate with Payroll, Legal, HR, and Finance across multiple countries. You will act as a primary contact for Partners on award deliveries, manage country-specific requirements, and support global tax
