About you

• Time served or appropriately qualified with relevant experience in tiling and general construction
• Proven track record working within the construction industry
• Valid CSR Card and full driving licence
• Basic IT skills and effective time management abilities
• Reliable, flexible, and adaptable team player with strong literacy and numeracy skills

What you'll do

• Carry out tiling works on void and tenanted social housing properties
• Perform routine trade-related duties, including painting and decorating
• Complete work appointments efficiently using PDA systems
• Ensure work areas are left clean and tidy at the end of each day
• Contribute to responsive maintenance and repair projects, adhering to health and safety standards
