Young Carers Capacity Builder (Part Time)

Young Carers Capacity Builder (Part Time) based in Peterborough / Huntingdon 21 hours per week £27,000 to £30,000 per annum (pro rata) We are a leading local charity offering free and confidential information, support and counselling for young people in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. Centre 33 is looking to recruit a proactive Young Carers Capacity Builder, to support the delivery of Centre 33s Young Carer service in Cambridgeshire. As a core part of the Centre 33 Young Carers service, you will focus on building capacity, raising awareness, creating resources and expanding our partnership network. Your work will directly improve how young Carers and young adult Carers are identified, supported, and heard within schools, healthcare and social care settings, and local communities. You will be based in Peterborough / Huntingdon, with regular travel to other areas within Cambridgeshire. A full UK driving license and access to a car is essential for this post.
