We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable ECT Primary Teachers for general supply work across a range of welcoming and supportive schools. This is an excellent opportunity to build confidence, develop your teaching experience and explore different school environments while maintaining flexibility that suits you. The Role: Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 Follow school policies and lesson plans where provided Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment Manage classroom behaviour effectively Adapt confidently to different school settings and year groupsRequirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS for ECTs A positive and proactive attitude Strong classroom management and communication skills A passion for supporting children's learning and development Flexibility and willingness to work across different schoolsGuaranteed Work Scheme: We also offer a Guaranteed Work Scheme for candidates who meet the required criteria, providing greater consistency and peace of mind with regular work opportunities available.
