Covering civil engineering and residential groundworks across project work including: * Earthworks, stabilisation, remediation, piling * Housing plots / foundations * Tanks, ponds, etc * Roads and Sewers * 278 works * Adoptable works * Hard and soft landscaping Contracts Manager Requirements: * A strong understanding and experience of residential groundworks packages and associated civil engineering * SMSTS & CSCS cards Contracts Manager Rewards: * Salary : Circa £80,000 - £100,000 * Pension * Bonus Scheme * Company Vehicle or Allowance (around £8k-£10k) * Health cover * Life cover * Holidays
