We are looking for a motivated and commercially focused Enterprise Account Executive – Cloud ERP to help grow our expanding cloud ERP business through direct enterprise sales and partner-led opportunities.


This is a commission-only role with no basic salary, best suited to a self-driven sales professional who is comfortable working independently and building opportunities from the ground up.


You will play a key role in identifying new business, developing relationships with enterprise customers, working with partners, and supporting the full sales process from initial engagement through to closing deals. This position combines enterprise sales, business development, and account relationship management in a standalone role.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new enterprise B2B sales opportunities for our cloud ERP solutions
  • Engage directly with prospective customers to understand their business needs and present suitable solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and key decision-makers
  • Generate business through both direct sales activity and partner or channel relationships
  • Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, including prospecting, meetings, proposals, negotiation, and close
  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Represent the business professionally in client meetings, presentations, conferences, and industry events
  • Keep accurate records of leads, sales activity, pipeline progress, and negotiations using CRM and related systems
  • Maintain strong commercial relationships to support long-term account growth
  • Contribute to business growth through proactive outreach, strong communication, and a professional customer-focused approach


Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or a similar commercial role
  • Experience selling into enterprise customers or dealing with senior business stakeholders
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Confident working independently and managing your own pipeline and priorities
  • Professional and credible approach in customer-facing environments
  • Good working knowledge of CRM systems and general sales reporting tools
  • Organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent xwzovoh written and spoken English
  • Experience in cloud software, ERP, SaaS, or enterprise technology sales is highly desirable
  • Full driving licence preferred where travel is required

Pay

  • Commission only
  • No fixed basic salary
  • Earnings based on closed business
