About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the opening, daily running, and closing of the boutique
• Recruit, coach, and inspire a team to deliver elevated, personable service
• Drive sales through strong KPI management and confident commercial decision-making
• Maintain impeccable VM standards that reflect a fashion lifestyle aesthetic
• Ensure operational excellence, stock accuracy, and seamless back-of-house processes

About You

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Senior Assistant Manager with Fashion Retail experience
• Able to motivate and develop a team in a high-energy, guest-focused environment
• Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working at pace
• Commercially astute with a strong track record of delivering results
• Passionate about storytelling, craftsmanship, and creating exceptional client experiences
