We are recruiting for a Venture Capital investor who are backed by some of the world’s largest financial institutions.  Due to significant growth, they are looking to expand their finance team by welcoming a Finance Manager to the team. This is an amazing opportunity for a newly qualified accountant keen to make a move into a fast-growing firm, in a wide-ranging and varied role.Your Role:Overseeing the day-today accounting for the group entities, including maintenance of all financial data and informationOwnership of the portfolio company data collection, analysis and reporting across financial and ESG metricsAssisting with the preparation of internal management information, investor reporting, annual financial statements, tax returns and fundraising materialsAssisting with the regulatory responsibilities and overseeing the completion of the compliance monitoringDeliver reporting and insights to both internal and external stakeholdersWorking closely with fund administrators to make sure all fund reporting obligations are meTAd hoc projects when requiredYour Skills and Qualifications:You will be a newly qualified accountant with up to 2 years post qualified experienceExperience with venture capital or private equity clients is idealExposure to fund finance, investment valuations and data analysis is ideal but not essentialStrong attention to detail and strong organisational skillsTeam player and very proactive They are looking to offer the successful candidate 60,000 - 70,000 with a great bonus and benefits.
