A well-established regional law firm is looking to welcome an experienced Family Solicitor to join its growing team. This role can be carried out remotely, depending on what suits the successful candidate.

We're looking for someone who has a genuine passion for private family law, takes real pride in client care, and enjoys building trusted relationships.

You'll be supported by highly regarded partners who are known for their industry knowledge and have a strong reputation in the area.

The firm welcomes applications from solicitors with 2PQE +. What matters most is a real passion for family law, strong client care skills, and the confidence to manage your own caseload with support and supervision available as needed.

With paralegal and trainee support, you can focus your time on client work and case quality.

Key Responsibilities

You'll handle a varied caseload of private family law matters, including:

• Divorce and financial settlements
• Private children matters
• Cohabitation agreements
• TOLATA claims
• Injunctions
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements

About You

You'll have solid experience running a mixed private family law caseload, covering divorce, financial remedy, and private children work. The right candidate will be comfortable taking ownership of their own files, whilst delivering a high standard of client care.
