An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Vehicle Technician to join a well-established independent automotive dealership near Halifax, with a salary of up to £45k. The family-run business has over 60 years' experience providing excellent customer service, and as a result is growing, with a new workshop opening to meet customer demand with a commitment to quality service. Working with modern equipment and tools in a dynamic environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining modern Land Rovers. Key duties of the Vehicle Technician: Servicing, repairing and maintaining vehicles to manufacturer standards Diagnosing faults accurately Completing job cards and service documentation Working closely with the wider workshop team Delivering quality workmanship that keeps customers coming back. Experience Required for the Vehicle Technician: NVQ Level 3 or IMI in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills A team player who can also work independently Someone who takes pride in doing the job right first time.
