The Company
Our client is a friendly and established independent estate agency with a strong reputation within the Bristol property market. The Role
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Sales Progressor to join a successful independent estate agency in Bristol. In this role you will take responsibility for property sales once an offer has been accepted, managing each transaction through to exchange and completion.
You will act as the central point of contact between buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisers, surveyors and the internal sales team. The role requires proactive communication, strong organisation and the ability to keep multiple transactions moving forward while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage property sales from offer acceptance through exchange and completion.
- Act as the central point of contact between buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisers, surveyors and the internal sales team.
- Proactively chase all parties to keep transactions moving and minimise delays.
- Monitor key stages including searches, surveys, mortgage offers, enquiries, exchange and completion.
- Keep buyers and sellers regularly updated throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date notes on the company CRM/system.
- Build strong relationships with solicitors, mortgage brokers and other professional contacts.
- Identify opportunities to refer clients for additional services such as mortgages, surveys and solicitors.
The Person
Our client is looking for a confident, organised individual with previous sales negotiator experience, who enjoys dealing with people and can bring strong communication and problem-solving skills to the role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive approach and the ability to take ownership.
- Confidence to chase solicitors, buyers, sellers and other parties for updates.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and competing priorities.
The Hours
Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
The Salary
Basic salary with OTE £35,000, plus additional commission opportunities.
