Senior Service Delivery Manager

Our client is a UK business software company.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Service Delivery Manager to join our Business Technology team and help lead the successful delivery of technology services, change and operational improvement across our client.

This is a broad, highly visible role working across our core business technology estate and wider Corporate Business Services. You'll bring structure, pace and strong delivery discipline across multiple priorities, ensuring projects and operational initiatives are well planned, governed and delivered successfully.

You'll work closely with technology teams, business leaders and third-party suppliers, acting as a trusted point of coordination across delivery, risk, dependencies and service performance.

This role can be predominantly remote, although you'll need the flexibility to work from our Birmingham office when required for key meetings, workshops and business-critical activity.

• Lead and coordinate delivery across a portfolio of technology and operational initiatives.

• Manage competing priorities, dependencies, risks and delivery timelines.

• Ensure projects and change initiatives have clear governance, plans and reporting.

• Work across enterprise platforms including Salesforce, NetSuite and other core business systems.
