As a Chef de Partie, you will join a vibrant culinary career to the next level with a dynamic Pan Asian cuisine restaurant that values culinary excellence and offers genuine progression.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day management of the kitchen operations
Assisting the head chef daily and taking responsibility
Proactive management and leading by example to deliver outstanding food up to the quality required.
All aspects of health & safety

What We're Looking For:
Currently working at Chef De Partie level within a restaurant environment, experience with high street restaurants and working with high volume would be ideal
Have a great kitchen presence, be an accepted leader and naturally inspire your team
Have a good understanding of business operations
Love great food and good team player.
