Job Description Fixed Term Contract /n Head of Legal NHS /n 6-9 months /n Upto £80,000 DOE /n Sellick Partnership is delighted to be supporting an NHS Trust with the fixed-term recruitment of a Head of Legal services into their Legal Team. /n The successful candidate for the Head of Legalpost will be responsible for leading on matters including but not limited to: /n - Lead and support a small team of legal professionals, including qualified solicitors /n - Oversee the day-to-day delivery of legal services and ensure high-quality advice across the organisation /n - Leading on complex clinical negligence claims /n - Handling a complex caseload of inquests /n - Liaising with panel firms /n - Advising on Mental Health Act and Court of Protection issues /n - Providing complex Health Law Advice /n - Managed complex/high-value claims /n The Head of Legal post can be worked on an entirely remote basis and will be for a minimum fixed period of 6 months.
