This is a weekend position with potential some weeks day .Usual working hours from 9am-2pm or 9am-4pm

Qualifications

As a Hotel Staff, you will...

Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.

Meet and greet our customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival.

Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.

Make sure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
