A leading global law firm with a presence in 20 countries across 30 offices, is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Manager to join its Private Capital team in London. The Business Development & Marketing function is a diverse team of specialists who are dedicated to driving the firm's strategic goals and supporting revenue generation efforts. The team are at the forefront of nurturing the firm’s priority client relationships, developing and executing marketing initiatives, and positioning the firm to win complex, high-margin work. As part of this dynamic group, you will have the opportunity to work across various departments, including legal teams, pricing, billing, and risk, to deliver exceptional value to clients. The Senior Client Relationship Manager will play a key role in shaping the client engagement strategy, ensuring it aligns with the firm's overarching objectives and that it reflects the firm’s commitment to delivering a standout client experience. Your work will be integral in driving growth for the firm, enhancing relationships with clients, and contributing to the firm's reputation as a leading global legal services provider. Through a focus on proactive and targeted client engagement, strategic feedback loops, and leveraging best-in-class CRM infrastructure, the role holder will help to ensure that the firm remains top of mind for clients in the Private Capital sector. You will be responsible for managing and leading a portfolio of Sector Priority clients and will coordinate the delivery of client services across multiple practice areas, as well as relevant client reporting. Championing knowledge on emerging trends and best practice in account management, you will be expected to develop action-oriented client account plans and ensure the client team structure is aligned to identified opportunities and focused on selling the entire firm. Monitoring and tracking key performance indicators on account management performance, revenue growth, cross-selling and origination, client retention, and competitor activity, will also represent a key area of focus in order to formulate and implement appropriate response strategies and action plans.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in client development within legal or professional services, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of identifying strategic opportunities and helping win work from Private Capital clients. The Senior Client Relationship Manager will be comfortable with CRM tools, data analytics, and reporting to inform decision-making, and will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a matrix organisation. Demonstrable success in strategic account planning and white-space analysis for financial institutions will also be essential, whilst experience in client-facing roles, including gathering feedback from Private Capital clients, will be highly advantageous.Leighton Taylor promotes diversity, equality and fair treatment in all aspects of our work.
