About the role
Are you an experienced executive assistant with a talent for managing complex schedules and maintaining confidentiality? This is a unique opportunity to support a key leadership figure for up to three months.
Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis and will require an immediate start, notice periods cannot be accommodated.
Temporary EA Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
Providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing their complex diary, correspondence, meetings, travel, and expenses.
Preparing agendas, reports, presentations, briefing papers, and meeting documentation of the highest standard.
Building and maintaining trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinating leadership team meetings, actions, documentation, and organisational projects.
Supporting the governance function by managing board meetings, minutes, papers, and statutory requirements.
Maintaining confidential records, governance documentation, and board information.
Supporting the onboarding of new trustees alongside the People & Culture team.
Project managing corporate events and projects as required by the CEO.
Temporary EA Rewards
37.5 hours per week, usually between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Hybrid working typically involving three days on site and two from home following initial handover.
Parking available on site.

Temporary EA Experience Essentials
Proven experience supporting a CEO, director, or governance function.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint and Teams.
Excellent diary, meeting management, and organisational skills.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
Discretion and judgment when handling sensitive information.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Flexible, proactive, and service-oriented mindset.
Location
Based in Witney, with on-site parking.
