Our client provides specialist education and care for children, young people, and adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs.
They are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a childrens residential home in Lincolnshire, delivering high-quality, child-centred care and ensuring excellent safeguarding and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall performance of the home

About You
Experience as a Registered Manager in childrens residential care
Strong knowledge of safeguarding and Ofsted requirements xwzovoh
Excellent leadership and team management skills
