This leadership role is perfect for someone with 10+ years of experience in the events and experiential industry, including at least 2 years in a senior position.

The Opportunity

As the Production Director, you will oversee large‑scale projects from concept to completion, leading a talented production team and collaborating with global teams and suppliers. You’ll be responsible for project planning, budgeting, and ensuring the highest quality standards across high‑profile events and activations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end production of large‑scale events and activations
• Manage and mentor production managers
• Oversee budgeting, planning, and delivery of projects
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop innovative solutions
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Foster strong relationships with clients and suppliers
• Drive sustainability improvements in production

About You

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering exceptional events, managing production teams, and understanding production techniques and digital technologies. You’ll have strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills, along with a commitment to creativity and quality.

Skills & Experience

• 10+ years in events/experiential, including 2 years in a senior production role
• Expertise in live streaming, digital solutions, and international projects
• Strong budgeting, supplier tendering, and cost efficiency skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and CAD software (VectorWorks a plus)
• Knowledge of health and safety compliance in event production
