Commercial Parts Advisor Salary: £30,000 Basic | OTE up to £33,000 Hours: Monday to Friday, 44 hours per week + 1 in 3 Saturday mornings Location: Bicester   We are currently recruiting for a driven and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join a busy and growing commercial vehicle operation. You will play a key role in supporting a knowledgeable team of Technicians, ensuring they have the correct parts and sundries required to complete repairs efficiently and minimise vehicle downtime.   Key Responsibilities: ·Supporting Workshop Technicians with the timely supply of parts and sundries ·Ordering parts and monitoring outstanding orders ·Providing updates to customers and Technicians ·Assisting retail and trade customers face-to-face and over the telephone ·Identifying and supplying the correct parts for vehicle repairs ·Maintaining excellent communication with internal teams and customers ·Ensuring high levels of accuracy and customer service at all times   The Successful Candidate: ·Previous Parts Advisor experience, ideally within HGV, LCV or commercial vehicles ·Strong communication and customer service skills ·Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail ·A proactive and problem-solving approach ·Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment ·Genuine interest in commercial vehicles ·Relevant technical experience or industry knowledge   Benefits: ·Bonus opportunity up to £3,000 per annum ·Manufacturer training and career development ·30 days annual leave including bank holidays ·Additional holiday with service ·Pension scheme ·Employee discounts ·Cycle to Work scheme ·Free parking Contact Amy at Auto Skills UK quoting Reference: 54583 to find out more or apply today
