Ground workers Required 📍 Location: RAF Molesworth 💰 Rate: £22.00ph CIS or £18.0ph PAYE Direct 🕒 Duration: Long-Term Work JML JobMatcha is currently recruiting for experienced ground workers to work on a prestigious project at RAF Molesworth, supporting works on a US/RAF airbase. Works will involve all aspects of ground works. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work on a high-profile infrastructure project. Due to the nature of the site, all successful candidates will be required to undergo security screening before starting. Requirements * Blue Skilled CSCS Card – would be idea, but Green CSCS would be accepted as long as the experience is there. * Basic ground works – Essential * Minimum 2 years' experience - Essential * Strong background working on large civil engineering projects * Excellent understanding of health & safety procedures * Ability to coordinate site teams and subcontractors effectively Security Requirements As this role is based on a US/RAF airbase, all candidates must be able to pass: * BPSS Screening * US Security Vetting Process Please note that the onboarding and security clearance process can take between 2 and 4 weeks, so we are looking to engage with suitable candidates now to begin the registration process.
