Electrical Qualified Supervisor Location: West London Pay: £52,479 + Company Van & Fuel Card Full-Time | Permanent | Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) A leading social housing contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Qualified Supervisor (QS) to join their growing team in West London. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrical professional with experience in social housing, repairs, maintenance, or compliance contracts to take ownership of electrical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and supervise a team of electricians and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities: Oversee electrical works across planned and reactive maintenance contracts Ensure compliance with electrical regulations, health & safety standards, and company procedures Supervise electricians and subcontractors, providing technical support and guidance Carry out site inspections and quality checks to ensure work is completed to a high standard Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and operational reporting Maintain accurate records of certifications, inspections, and completed works Support staff development through coaching and mentoring Attend client meetings and support contract delivery across the region Essential Requirements: NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation 18th Edition Wiring Regulations AM2 Qualification Test & Inspection Qualification (City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent) Previous experience within social housing, repairs, or maintenance environments Full UK Driving Licence Benefits: Company van and fuel card 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Ongoing training and development opportunities Employee discounts and rewards scheme Family-friendly policies Volunteering leave and wellbeing support Please apply now to discuss this opportunity in further detail
