Senior Compliance Manager (Residential Building Safety & Compliance) South West London | On-site | Temp-to-Perm | Up to £75,000 We are currently recruiting for a Senior Compliance Manager (Residential Building Safety & Compliance) to join a leading higher education organisation based in South West London. This is a senior role responsible for building safety, statutory compliance, facilities management and maintenance across a complex residential portfolio. You’ll provide strategic leadership, oversee Building Safety Act and Higher-Risk Building requirements, manage compliance and assurance, and lead a team of property/facilities professionals. We’re looking for: * Significant senior experience in building safety, compliance, FM or property * Strong knowledge of the Building Safety Act and Higher-Risk Buildings * Experience managing compliance across complex, occupied buildings * Strong leadership, stakeholder management and risk-management skills * Experience overseeing maintenance, contractors and building performance Package: Up to £75,000 Location: South West London Working pattern: Fully on-site Contract: Temp-to-perm If you’re an experienced building safety or property professional looking for a senior leadership opportunity within higher education, we’d love to hear from you
