360 Plant Operator Location: Caunton, Newark (Nottinghamshire) Salary: £27,400 per annum Hours: 40 hours per week (Core hours 8:00am – 4:40pm) Sector: Manufacturing / Production Job Role of the 360 Plant Operator A great opportunity has arisen for a 360 Plant Operator to join a specialist UK manufacturing business producing high-quality animal bedding products. This is a hands-on role working within a busy production and warehouse environment where you will operate heavy plant equipment and support the smooth running of factory operations. You will be responsible for safely operating 360-degree loading equipment, forklifts, and telescopic loaders, as well as supporting production through the operation of bagging and drying machinery. This is a key role in ensuring product quality, operational efficiency, and maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
