Logistics and Transport Coordinator Cookstown Full-time, Permanent (1pm finish on Fridays) We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected organisation in the manufacturing and distribution sector, for a Logistics and Transport Coordinator to join their busy office-based team. This is a key administrative role with direct interaction with internal departments, external customers and approved transport providers. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth planning, coordination and execution of delivery operations. Key Responsibilities Liaise with internal teams to gather information required to plan and schedule transport loads Book and coordinate transport with approved haulage providers, ensuring all service requirements are met Prepare, maintain, and reconcile accurate load records and associated transport documentation Issue dispatch paperwork and ensure timely return, filing and recording of proof of delivery (POD) documents Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc tasks across the wider office team Maintain professional knowledge of products and support accurate order fulfilment Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Support compliance with quality standards and certifications including ISO 9001 About You Youll be highly organised and proactive with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. You will be confident cross pollinating with different departments and have the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
