This is a great role if you're looking to progress further in your career.As a Shift Lead, you'll lead a team of M&E Engineers, carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on M&E systems, allocate works, oversee logbooks and report into the Engineering Manager. This is a static, shift role, following a continental shift pattern (Days and night shift)Shift Lead Duties:PPMs & Reactive maintenanceSingle and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Switchgear, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, BMS OperationCarry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements.Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.Organising subcontractorsCompleting logbooks and RAMSReportsConducting client meetingsEnsuring the account manager is kept up to date on a regular basisLiaising with client representatives in respect of corrective repair works.Permits to workRaise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary.Shift Lead Requirements:City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations / Engineering Building Services Maintenance experienceCareer driven and motivatedPolite and personableSalary and Package:51,000 - 55,000 per annum Private health and dental care provided Continental shift pattern, days and nights 20 days annual leave Company pension scheme Overtime available On-going training Internal progression If you're interested in this Shift Lead role, apply today!Posted by Alex Clark
