Electrical Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a leading facilities management team, supporting a variety of commercial properties across Northern Ireland. This Electrical Engineer role is fully mobile, based in Belfast, offering variety, autonomy, and excellent opportunities to develop your career. What you’ll do as an Electrical Engineer: * Deliver electrical and building services maintenance across a portfolio of commercial properties * Carry out reactive and planned preventative electrical works, including fault finding, repairs, maintenance, and installations * Support wider building services tasks including HVAC, mechanical, and fabric maintenance * Respond to callouts on the on-call rota as a trusted Electrical Engineer * Monitor contractor work and ensure all electrical equipment operates safely and efficiently * Represent the company professionally to clients, maintaining high standards and customer satisfaction What we’re looking for in an Electrical Engineer: * Significant experience in reactive and PPM building services maintenance * Experience working within FM or commercial building services * Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds 2230 Level 3, NVQ 2356/2357, AM1/AM2, 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations) * Full UK driving license * BPSS clearance and ability to pass a credit check
