Responsibilities

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect within Retail or Hospitality
• Strong background in architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, or similar)
• Proven ability to engage with senior business and technical stakeholders
• Experience in business impact assessment and translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations
• Business architecture experience inc. governance, operating models, and international expansion challenges
• A willingness to travel 1-2 days per week (UK)

Qualifications

• Experience as an Enterprise Architect in Retail or Hospitality
• Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, or similar)
• Proven stakeholder engagement at senior levels
• Experience translating business impact assessments into actionable guidance
• Background in governance, operating models, and international expansion
• Willingness to travel 1-2 days per week within the UK
