We provide internal support for these HR CoEs and the Employee Partner’s focus is to provide Tier 2 support to Franklin Templeton’s employees and leaders in the UK, IOM and Ireland.This is an Associate-level role within HR Shared Services, providing Tier 2 support to Franklin Templeton employees and leaders in the UK, Ireland, and Isle of Man. The position is ideal for someone looking to build or further develop a career in Human Resources through broad exposure to employee lifecycle processes, HR systems, and employee support.How you will add valueProvide guidance and support to employees and leaders on HR policies, procedures, benefits, compensation, HR systems, and employee lifecycle processes.Respond to and resolve escalated employee queries, ensuring a positive employee experience and timely resolution.Support employees and managers in the use of self-service tools and resources, including Workday and MyFT.Assist HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence with various activities including admin, projects, and process execution.Collaborate with HR Shared Services, Payroll, and other internal teams to resolve employee enquiries and maintain efficient HR operations.Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding processes.Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring high standards of data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance.Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancements in HR processes and employee experience.Stay informed on relevant employment legislation and internal HR policies.What will help you be successful in this roleDegree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.Experience in an HR Associate, HR Administrator, HR Operations, Shared Services, Recruitment Coordination, or similar HR support role.Strong customer service orientation and a passion for delivering a positive employee experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgement when handling confidential information.Experience using HR systems, with Workday experience considered advantageous.High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, data integrity, and compliance.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships across teams.Why join usThis role offers an excellent opportunity to develop a strong foundation in Human Resources within a global organisation.
