Project Running Architect Guildford Up to £60,000 Aztrum is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly respected Architectural practice in Guildford that is entering an exciting period of growth. With a strong portfolio of projects across the Retail sector, the practice has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality schemes from concept through to completion. Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Project Running Architect who can take ownership of projects, manage key project stages and work closely with clients, consultants and wider project teams to ensure successful delivery. Key Responsibilities for this Project Running Architect role: Lead and manage Retail projects across multiple RIBA work stages, from concept through to completion Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring projects are delivered to programme, budget and required quality standards Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including clients, consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers Produce and review detailed technical drawings and coordinated BIM models using Revit Prepare and coordinate planning applications, Building Regulations submissions and detailed technical packages Attend client meetings, design workshops and site visits, acting as a key point of contact throughout project delivery Manage project information and ensure design and technical documentation is coordinated and delivered accurately Identify and resolve design and technical issues throughout the project lifecycle Support junior members of the team and contribute to a collaborative studio environment Key Requirements for this Project Running Architect role: ARB-registered Architect Proven experience running and delivering projects from concept through to completion Previous Retail experience  Strong proficiency in Revit is essential Good understanding of UK Building Regulations, planning processes and technical detailing Strong project coordination and consultant management experience Confident communicator with strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage projects independently while working effectively within a wider team Well-organised, proactive and commercially aware, with strong attention to detailIf you're an experienced Project Running Architect looking to take ownership of exciting Retail projects within a growing and collaborative practice, this is an excellent opportunity to progress your career while working on a strong pipeline of live projects.
