We are seeking a Chef de Partie with a passion for excellence and a commitment to delivering unforgettable dining experiences. As part of our award-winning team, our Chef de Partie will be working in our brand new kitchen serving up to 30 covers daily. Our seasonal menus celebrate exceptional ingredients, including sustainably sourced fish, rare-breed meats, and local produce.

Our Chef de Partie Requirements:
As Chef de Partie you must have at least 2 years experience in a similar environment.
A proven ability to run a section efficiently and confidently.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to consistently deliver excellence under pressure.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Right to work in the UK.
