- What the Role Involves Providing targeted 1:1 and small-group mentoring support to pupils with behavioural, emotional, or social difficulties Working proactively with teachers, the SENDCO, and the pastoral team to implement and review individual behaviour plans Supporting pupils through de-escalation, restorative conversations, and reintegration following exclusions or incidents Maintaining detailed records of pupil interactions, progress, and behaviour patterns to inform wider school support strategies Building consistent, trusted relationships with pupils and families that underpin long-term positive change Behaviour Mentor
- What the School is Looking For The ideal Behaviour Mentor will hold a 2:1 or 1st Class degree from a top 30 UK university.

Previous child-centred experience working with young people with behavioural or emotional needs in a UK school or educational setting is highly valued.

The school is seeking a calm, resilient, and determined Behaviour Mentor with excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to helping young people turn a corner.
