A highly regarded regional law firm with an outstanding reputation across the Midlands is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team in Tamworth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor or an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive, forward-thinking practice.

The Role

You will work as part of an established commercial property team, advising a diverse client base that includes developers, investors, landlords, tenants, SMEs, and corporate clients. Matters will include:

• Commercial acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant work
• Commercial leasing
• Property development transactions
• Business sales and purchases involving property elements
• Asset management matters
• General commercial property advice

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ+ PQE)
• Experience gained within commercial property during training contract and/or post-qualification
• Strong technical and client care skills
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
