Bid Writer / Senior Bid Writer Social Housing, Planned Works, Retrofit & Public Sector Frameworks Cardiff, South Wales - office based full-time. Permanent: £50,000 - £60,000 p.a. + Car Allowance / Company Vehicle + Healthcare + Pension + Benefits BMSL are recruiting on behalf of an established South Wales contractor with a strong reputation across social housing, planned maintenance, refurbishment, retrofit and decarbonisation projects. Operating through long-standing framework agreements and partnerships with housing associations, local authorities and public-sector clients, they've continued to secure major workstreams across South Wales and the surrounding regions. This is one of the reasons they're looking to strengthen their pre-construction team with the appointment of an experienced Bid Writer.
