THE ROLE

We have a new role for an Employment Law Solicitor c 2 + PQE to join a growing and busy London based Employment Law team

The post holder will be expected to handle a mixed workload covering both contentious and non-contentious matters handling work for business clients and employees.

The work will include advising on unfair dismissal claims, disciplinary matters, redundancy and whistle blowing. Non contentious work will involve advising on employment law contracts, providing HR support, TUPE and the drafting and negotiation of settlement agreements

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must have a solid employment law background with a minimum, of 2 PQE gained working for a highly regarded law firm

You will be capable of handling a high level workload providing both legal and strategic advice to clients

You will be looking to make a xwzovoh long term career move to a growing and busy team, offering a significant level of responsibility
