Production Operative

Job description: We are recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business in the North East. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy production environment. Key Responsibilities * Operating production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently * Assembling products to required quality standards * Conducting quality checks throughout the production process * Following work instructions and production schedules * Packaging and preparing products for dispatch * Maintaining high housekeeping standards across the work area * Adhering to all health and safety procedures * Supporting colleagues to achieve production targets * Reporting faults, defects, or production issues to supervisors * Assisting with continuous improvement activities where required Requirements * Previous manufacturing or production experience is desirable * Ability to work effectively as part of a team * Good attention to detail and quality standards * Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude * Flexible approach to shift work and overtime when required * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Benefits * Competitive pay rates * Overtime opportunities * Ongoing training and support PLEASE NOTE FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED TO COMPLETE A DRUGS TEST AT OUR OFFICE IN HEBBURN
