Position: Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their successful commercial team. Applicants must be able to drive to visit sites throughout the UK. It would be preferrable if candidates have experience in the leisure and fit out sectors Duties: Review Bill of Quantities Take Offs from Bill of Quantities Procurement of Sub Contractors Tender Analysis Cost Reporting CVRs Final Accounts Cost Analysis Review Variations Process applications for payment Site Measurement Valuations
